My tire blew out here, so I called them and clearly asked for a new tire and a new rim. They quoted me $225 for the new rim and $587 for the tire. When the mechanic arrived, he did not bring the rim. When I asked about it, he said they didnβt have a new rim and offered me a used rim for $400βeven though a new one costs around $225. On top of that, I was charged 3 hours of labor just to change one tire. They did not stand by what was agreed to over the phone. Please be careful when dealing with this company and make sure you confirm everything before paying.β**

They did transmission work on my husbands work truck. My husband and his boss explained to them what they wanted done. Jack and his crew kept trying to push for my husband and his boss to agree to a new transmission. They asked for quotes and were told they would get a quote once they talked to their employees from billing for prices. Never got a quote for anything and instead once everything was done, they sent my husband boss an invoice without discussing any quotes. We was there from 9am to around 6pm and they claim they did 6 hours of work. Everyone left to go to lunch around the same time and did a lot of walking around to grab tools they needed for my husbands truck. My husband was also told they were waiting on parts.
